Captain Wee MacNessie Activities in English and French
This set of bilingual language activities in English and French complements Captain Wee MacNessie, the fourth book in the Wee MacNessie series.
The activities are fun to use with students of French and include original artwork from Captain Wee MacNessie. Children can practise numbers, learn about the Northern Lights, build vocabulary, talk about jobs, test their observation and memory, and learn interesting facts about The Dinosaur Isle.
Activities include ‘Spot the difference, ‘Wordsearch’, The Dinosaur Isle Quiz, Vocabulary Flashcards, Find the Hidden Word, Counting and At the Museum.
Most activities are supplied with an English translation. Some are provided with instructions in a French version and an English version to accommodate different levels of language ability.
This is the fourth of 4 sets of activities specifically produced to support teachers and provide Scottish-themed resources.
